When buying new refrigeration there are many factors to take into account, the dimensions of the appliance for starters, firstly fridge freezers come in a massive variety of sizes regarding theie height and a few different width dimensions. 

Second most important factor to take into account is the ratio of fridge to freezer to suit your buying habits, for example if you have kids and therefore tend to buy more frozen foods then you'll want to go for what we call a 50/50 in the trade, thats 50% fridge & 50% freezer, if you tend to prefer fresh foods more then you'll want to be loking more at 70/30's.

The Next thing to take into account will be the brand, there are 3 main levels on appliance brands,

A) Entry level brands - JET, ARC

B) Mid level brands - Hoover, Hotpoint, Zanussi ,Samsung, Baumatic etc

C) High level brands - AEG, Bosch, Miele, Lieber. 

You should always take into account where, when , who & when buying your appliances.  Where is it going to be located ? When will it be use, how often ?, By whom is it going to be used ?

This information can be helpful when deciding which brands to look at and essentially how much money you are going to spend.  For example if you are buying a fridge freezer to go in a rental property of yours and it is producing an average of say £350 a month rent then you will want to be looking at the entry level appliance brands, if it is a new house that you have worked hard to achieve and you are having a new kitchen etc, the  you will wan to be looking at the mid/high level brands and so on.

Now obviously there are other factors that can be taken into account when buying new refrigeration, but we have covered the main 3 in the text above.
