We offer you a 7 day no fuss returns policy. This means that you can cancel your order for any reason what so ever within 7 days of us delivering it,  in this case there will be a 20% restocking fee though deducted from the refund.

If we have  to come and collect it for any reason, we will not make it difficult for you where ever possible.  We will arrange with you a convienient day/time to do so.

As long as the product is in its original condition and has not been used or damaged we will come and get it, and refund you minus the restocking fee.   We are very customer service driven here making sure you are happy is our priority!

We trust you'll be honest with us also, we think you will aggree that honesty is the best policy and if both parties abide by these laws that has got to be better than any Terms and Conditions could ever offer!

There is a little bit of small print that legally which we must advise our cistomers of, we don't like to drown our customers with legal jargon so we'll keep it short.

LEGAL TERMS : (IN BRIEF)

A legal contract is created between us when we load  any appliance(s) you have ordered on a van to deliver it to you. Legally until then we can decline to supply the goods (IF WE WERE CRAZY)

We do however in the interests of fairness reserve the right not to complete your order for any reason if we have made a mistake pricing or alike or we simply can’t get hold of the model you need in time.  In the event of these circumstances we will refund you the full amount paid no questions asked, or simply offer you an alternative appliance.

General

We are all governed by English courts (strange that as we are in England!) so we do everything we can to abide by English law. If we ever do anything outside of these laws then we will apologise and put it right.
